Ponn precision fabricated gaskets are custom engineered from a variety of materials such as Buna-N, Butyl, neoprene, polyurethane, pure gum rubber, sponge, foam, red sheet packaging, silicone, Teflon, Viton, and others. Manufactured using water-jet technology, they feature tolerances to +/-.003" and full 100% repeatability because their is no punching or tooling wear.

Eliminating tooling costs, Ponn Precision Fabricated Gaskets can be produced in prototype to production quantities and in virtually any shape from sizes as small as 1/8" O.D. up to 18" x 36", in varying thickness, depending on material. Typical parts include gaskets seals and insulators used in various types of connectors, sensors, and medical devices.
