Tube Slicing

Ponn Machine offers tube slicing as an option to automated die cutting for those jobs that require precise material thickness control by producing parts from extruded tubes of material and sliced to thicknesses from +/-.005".

Our tube slicing operations eliminates material waste produced by automated die cutting and is a faster cutting process that does not involve any tooling charges.

Tube slicing is an option for round diameter stock that either has an inside dimension or is a solid tube form.  Our high-speed tube slicing can cut diameters from .062” to .625”.
